Competition Rules
"The Most Interesting Moment in Your Aquarium" Competition Rules

  1. The competition is organised by Lmsc sp. z o. o. limited partnership with its registered office in
    Częstochowa, at ul. Wazów 29A.
  2. The competition is open to adult Internet users who enjoy full
    public rights and are not professionally or privately affiliated with Lmsc sp. z o. o. spółka
    komandytowa, as well as fans of the Youkuchi Facebook profile.
  3. The prize is funded by the Organizer.
  4. The technical condition for participating in the competition is to have a
    personal profile on the social networking site Facebook.
  5. Personal data will be processed for the purpose and to the extent necessary to
    conduct the Contest, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of Regulation
    (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"). The data was
    collected by the Youkuchi Facebook fanpage.
  6. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to conduct the Competition, including
    issuing the Prize and announcing information about the winner (and other prize-
    winners), and will be stored until the statute of limitations for any
    claims expires or the data archiving obligation arising from
    legal provisions expires.
  7. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for
    the Participant to participate in the Contest. Individuals providing data have the right
    to access, modify, or delete this data.
  8. These regulations define the terms and conditions of the Competition.
  9. The Contest is not created, administered, endorsed or sponsored by
    Facebook. Facebook is a registered trademark of Facebook, Inc.
  10. The competition is conducted on the Youkuchi website (hereinafter referred to as the “Fanpage”).
  11. supervises the proper conduct of the Competition, i.e. provides information about
    the Competition and handles complaints.
  12. To participate in the competition, you must:
    ● post a photo of your tank in the comment below the competition post, which
    captures the “most interesting moment in your aquarium”.
  13. Competition entries must not contain any illegal content.
  14. The competition is available in the form of a competition announcement (hereinafter referred to as the "competition post")
    on the Facebook social networking site on the Organizer's profile at
    https://www.facebook.com/YokuchiAquascaping

  1. Winners are not entitled to exchange the Prize for cash or any other
    type of prize.
  2. Winners may waive the Prize, but they are not entitled to
    cash or any other prize in return.
  3. The prize can be collected in person at the Organizer's office or by post
    .
  4. By uploading a photo to the competition post on Facebook,
    the participant consents to the free use and publication of the photo by
    Lmsc sp. z o. o. spółka komandytowa., as well as to its modification within the scope
    indicated above.
  5. The competition runs from April 27, 2022, 2:00 PM to May 11, 2022, 11:59 PM.
    The winner will be announced on May 18, 2022, by tagging the winner under
    the competition post. The person whose photo is featured as
    the winner is asked to contact the organizer by sending their
    address and contact number.
  6. The winner, as well as 2nd and 3rd place, will be chosen by the public
    through a vote by liking the photo. Places will be awarded
    based on the number of likes.
  7. The Organizer is not responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data
    of the Competition Participants, including the impossibility of delivering the prizes, due to reasons
    attributable to the Participant, in particular if he or she did not provide a real
    correspondence address or the data provided is incomplete or out of date.
  8. The Organizer declares that it does not control or monitor the content
    posted by Participants in terms of reliability and truthfulness,
    subject to actions related to the removal of violations of the Regulations or
    generally applicable provisions.
  9. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Contest
    Participants whose actions are contrary to the law or the Regulations and
    the Facebook regulations, in particular participants who:
    a) post content that is contrary to applicable law or the Regulations
    available on Facebook (in particular containing offensive content,
    both in the text and graphic layer);
    b) take actions using an account/profile created in violation of
    Facebook rules;
    c) take actions using
    third party accounts/profiles that are in violation of Facebook rules;
    d) interfere with the mechanism of operation of the Contest;
    e) create fictitious accounts/profiles on Facebook.
  10. The Organizer is not responsible for any disruptions in the operation
    of IT connections, servers, interfaces, browsers and the
    Facebook platform.
  11. The Organizer is not responsible for the temporary or permanent blocking of the website
    or application by Facebook.
  12. Any complaints regarding the manner of conducting the Competition
    should be submitted by Participants in writing during the Competition, but no later than
    14 (fourteen) days from the date of issue of the Prizes.
  13. A complaint submitted after the deadline has no legal effects.
  14. A written complaint should include the name, surname and exact address of the Participant
    as well as a detailed description and justification of the complaint.
  15. The complaint should be sent by registered mail to the Organizer's address
  16. Complaints will be considered in writing within 30 days.
